Cyd-Kassandra’s blog aims to humanise and contextualise her artworks through a modification and manipulation of childhood web-nostalgia. Through skeuomorphic, convivial evocations of a Protopian net experience, Cyd materialises the character of “Skiyodu”, who exists in a kitschy, sensationalist cyberspace.
